Practice Managers Support Program

This program is designed to support Practice Managers or Head Nurses who have been tasked with giving feedback to staff, training, inventory control, interviewing, etc. Given the varied nature of the role, each module can be taken either individually (3 months each) or put together to be worked through over 1-2 years. 

 

Initial Assessment:

  • A preliminary 30-minute goal-setting session to identify and agree on the outcomes achievable within each 3-month period.

 

What’s included in each module: 

  • 3 x 90-minute training presentations 
  • 3 x 90-minute coaching sessions 
  • Weekly follow-up emails with resources
