I am Tracy, with three decades in the veterinary industry, equipped with training in DISC and Strength-based coaching.

My career trajectory has been diverse, transitioning from various nursing roles to practice manager as well as practice owner, pharma rep, and eventually a business coach. Over the years, I've observed a critical distinction between successful clinics that evolve and struggling ones constantly seeking quick fixes.

In my journey, I've learned the value of building lasting relationships. Fostering curiosity fuels continuous growth, and empathy is the key to understanding unique individual needs. These qualities drive my mission: to share insights supporting independent practices and cultivate a positive leadership community.
