Short Courses
These courses are designed for individuals who have a general idea of what they want to achieve but recognise that they have some knowledge gaps that need to be filled in order to successfully complete their goals.
Initial Assessment:
- A preliminary 30-minute goal-setting session to identify and agree on the outcomes that are achievable within a 3-month period

- 3 x 90-minute training presentations
